Lifeline Continuing Education

I hereby attest that I have spent a minimum of (15) hours of time studying, reviewing, and understanding the assigned material for the course in which I (will/have) (enroll/enrolled) in, prior to taking the examination. I acknowledge that by continuing to the examination portion of this course that I have read, and agree with, all posted disclaimers, policies, and requirements set forth in pursuance of my CE contact hours. I understand that this is a self-assessment style exam, and that I must learn from any incorrect answers and review all correct answers for improvement of my learning experience. I also understand that I must obtain a minimum score of 100% on the examination, and will be given the opportunity to review all incorrect answers and retake the exam until this score is achieved.
